Is religion of a place a major determinant of products that might be in season at a time?

There are some products that always become very hot in demand as a result of its usage for a particular religious activity in a location. Do you think the religion of a place determine seasonal products largely? Which products have peak periods because of association with a religious celebration or activity?

I even think that most of the seasonal businesses are powered by religion more than any other factor. Example is how rams sold in my country in in the last weekend because of Muslim holiday.

Sales of rice and live chicken often goes up during the Christmas period after that it goes back to normal.

Yes and even sales of salad and other ingredients like carrots, salad cream and some on also increases.

Those fireworks they shoot that brings out different colors in the sky, i understand those ones and it makes sense. What i don't understand is why people buy those ones that just make noise like gun shot. There is one they even call bomb, like what's the need for this ones? Though it sells during this period.

You know that some people have a weird way of liking things I wonder same especially for atomic ones that just give out very loud noise and people laugh about the sound and I'm like what's funny about that because I never get it

Lol in my state, there was a year the police started arresting people who shoots them but i think they have stopped for awhile now, cause people still shoot it.
