Is the death penalty legal in your country?

The Human Rights Commission of our nation condemns the death penalty in all situations since it is fundamentally cruel and irrevocable, which is why it was abolished in our country.

How about in your own country?

There is no death penalty in the Philippines, but in the past presidents like Marcos and Estrada, there was a death penalty like Electric chair and Lethal Injection. How nice if it will be implemented back.

In my country some times they give death penalty for some cases but in order to perosside with the death penalty the president of the country should sign it before, and since the president never sign death penalty the penalty will never happen they just do life in jail.

it is legal in my country but the problem is the signing. The president or governors are not always willing to sign.

We have death penalty in our country for some crimes if they are proved like murder and rape.

Over here the death sentence is legal but it is very rare over here. They don't easily give out this punishment to offenders.
