Is the personality of the business owner seperate from the business/ products?

I think that humans are very sentimental and would always apply emotions in defining their patronage of a business. They won't buy from a person they don't perceive like no matter how quality the products or business service is.

Do you think that the products should be separated from the business owner and judged separately as a product?

Though if you are keen and observer, you will see traits of a business owner in his business. But i doubt if this is possible in multinational companies where there are thousands of owners.

I really love this line of thinking. So many customers always judge the products by the personality of the owners. And sometimes, it is what they heard about the business owner and not even what they experienced.

Yes, because personally I would not buy a bad thing because the owner is a humble person. No that would be me throwing away my money.

The thing is that business people should know that humans are just sentimental and man's sure they don't do bad things that may affect their reputation as persons because it would affect their business.
