Is the webhostvoice forum (WHV) a paid to post or otherwise?

For me l have recently found out the webhostvoice forum on the internet. However l have no idea about whether it's a paid to post or non paying forum. What is your take on the same?

Webhostvoice is not a pay to post forum. The forum is specifically for webmasters and prospective web developers. I don't think the forum was designed for making money through posts

I just checked the forum and it looks looks they pay for posting articles and forum posts. They say this in their announcement section

Haven't heard about this platform before, i tried searching it but it seems my network is pretty bad, so would do so later on.
