For some people, they always find a way to getting cheaper labour because they can't afford to pay high level pros.

For a small business, which ways are available for them to have a cheaper labour to help run the business?

I think you hit the nail on the head but remember that cheap labor translates to poor performance and output. You don't aspect apprentice to do your work as a professional.

I think a good manager or entrepreneur should avoid cheap labor except if you want cheap and substandard products! A professional that knows hos worth can not collect less than what others collect elsewhere

Exactly the funny thing is that in some cases the increase might not affect some of them that much, but because everyone else has increased their price, they would also increase their own.
