I believe that women are just as capable as men to run any business. Gender should not determine one's ability to succeed or take on leadership roles. So many important businesses today were started by women who had a vision, worked hard, utilized their skills and took risks to turn ideas into reality. Regardless of whether a business is in a field traditionally dominated by men or women, what truly matters most is one's character, competencies and commitment to their work. Throughout history, barriers have been broken by courageous individuals who proved capable of achieving more than what stereotypes dictated as possibilities.
Ideas and creativity flow freely within all of us, and what we make of those ideas depends more on personal drive than on superficial attributes. When given fair opportunity and support, women time and again show they have just as much potential for transforming businesses and industries as anyone else.

Gone are the days where people believe a particular kind of work or job is for men alone, these days there are women trying there hands on these things and most of them are doing great.

There are businesses women can't do but can be done only with the assistance of men like selling bricks and mortars. Though this could be executed by a woman by hiring qualified men but it's different if it's the owner that manage. For me, I can't.

Well, I believe any business that would deal with lifting heavy duty equipment would not the best for women
That is very impossible to do by women whose energy is not as good as that of men. I can lift only a light object.

In this present world, women are competing with men in all areas of life. Now, you can see women driving heavy duty trucks. Yesterday, i saw a woman doing mason work
I actually feel very bad when I see a mason do mason work in my country. 99% of them are not doing it for passion but are doing it for the fact that they have no other option. It is always instigated by poverty most of the time.

Same here I would not kill myself with a business that is beyond my energy just to show I'm nacho. No I wouldn't.

I refuse if someone at work asks for my help to lift a heavy object. I am not a hero. I should not sacrifice my health.

Indeed, there are many like butchering cows hehe and trucking services. There are only few that matches ladies power.
Women traditionally butcher cows and sell the meat in my country. There are scores of women that drive trucks too. Gone are the days when women shied away from all these businesses.

Wow, maybe there are in provinces here. I can't find cows in the city 😁. Trucks aren't allowed to pass in the city they have their own roads to pass.

I think all businesses that can be run by men can also be run by women, there are no gender differences in business. Many women have succeeded in becoming business women and they have male employees.
While it is true that women can and do succeed in business, there are still notable gender differences that impact their experiences and opportunities in the workplace.
