Is there any difference between living frugality and starving in the name of making of some savings?

Because making some regular savings may seem so complicated and very difficult for it to be done. So according to you what do you understand by the above mentioned prospects?

Yes i believe there is a difference, but at the end of the day it mostly depends on how each individual does it. Living a frugal life does not stop you from eating, you can eat healthy and moderately, and still live a furgal life but starving yourself is a totally different game here.

I think living a frugal life does not mean that you do not eat in order to save money. In fact, this is not good to health and with poor health, you may end up paying for a lot of medical expenses.
