Is there anyone that you can handover the running of your business to of you are not around?

There are times that we might need to because of an unavoidable situation. As an entrepreneur, do you have anyone that you can entrust your business to while you are away? Be it staff or relative? Or you have no option than to lock your business for as long as you are away?

I don't own a business but I am an employee and my boss has always trusted me with the running of the business.

Giving someone your business to run for you because of some genuine reasons is very acceptable but you should be very curiously on who you give that chance.
