Is there something that aggravates you more than it ought to?

I may become upset over a variety of things, but occasionally I was shocked to find that I was becoming really upset over something little. One such instance occurred when I was still living with my parents and brothers. They would frequently take my glass, which I always drink from. I had told them a million times not to do this, but they persisted, and every time I felt more and more angry in this situation even though it seemed like just a cup

I think for me it was not getting the attention I needed. I am currently changing this mindset though.
