Is time really speeding up, or is it just our perception?

Many people say the days seem to pass faster as we grow older. But is there something deeper going on? Any scientific or philosophical theories that explain this?

If you are a student of physics, you know that time is relative to speed or velocity. Moreover, time is not one of the unchangeable variables. Time can contrast or expand according to speed. Therefore, time is not constant, it varies!

Not really sure about this, but i think it is more than just our imagination. There are days or periods where time does move faster.
