According to the report, Qatar has reportedly summoned Hamas leaders back to Doha following requests from US President-elect Donald Trump’s transition team.

The report said that this move aims to revive hostage negotiations with the Palestinian armed group Hamas. Qatar’s Prime Minister, Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, confirmed on December 7 that momentum for a truce and hostage exchange deal in Gaza has returned after the election of US President Donald Trump.

The report also stated that Al-Thani stated that while differences may exist between the outgoing and incoming US administrations, there is no disagreement on the goal of ending the war. Hamas officials have also resumed efforts to negotiate a ceasefire and secure the release of prisoners, with a focus on halting what they call "genocide" in Gaza.

The report added that as truce talks gain momentum, Hamas is reportedly checking on the status of hostages held by other groups in Gaza. Meanwhile, Israel continues its airstrikes, including the reported elimination of Hamas' air force head, Nachal Al-Najar.

God bless Israel, PM Netanyahu, IDF, and President Trump!
