Surprisingly the respective governments do not openly criticize the terrorist leadership against repercussions from Israel, a powerful and well-equipped military that can inflict collateral damage beyond repair

Israel is responding to attacks against it and is not spiraling out of control. There is no "spree." Every target is carefully determined. Ballistic missiles from Yemen have to stop. Power is the only thing respected in the Middle East.
