Israel orders 45-day closure of Al Jazeera West Bank office

News organization Al Jazeera was forced to close for a first 45 days when Israeli authorities invaded its offices in Ramallah, in the occupied West Bank. During a live broadcast on Sunday, Israeli troops wearing masks and weapons broke into the building early. Viewers saw as the military gave the network's West Bank bureau chief, Walid al-Omari, the closure order, which he then read loudly on air.
