According to the report, US intelligence analysis concluded that Israel is weighing major strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities this year, the Wall Street Journal reported. As per the assessment produced during former President Biden’s final month in office, Tel Aviv is seeking to press its advantage against Tehran.
Another report by The Washington Post said Israel may launch a preemptive attack on Iran’s nuclear program by mid-2025. The findings are based on an early January report produced by the intelligence directorate of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Defence Intelligence Agency.
The report warned that Israel is likely to attempt a strike on Iran’s Fordow and Natanz nuclear facilities in the first six months of 2025. The analysis highlighted the risks of further high-stakes military activity in the Middle East after the degradation of Iran’s capabilities over the past year.
The report added that the Israeli strikes would aim to take advantage of Iran’s weakness, the WSJ wrote citing officials familiar with the report. Israel also fears that the window for halting Tehran’s pursuit of a nuclear weapon was closing, the intelligence report said.
Nuclear war will begin 27th of May this year, coinciding with the WHO summit in Geneva. When the nuclear happens in mid of May, many innocent lives will perish without a trace. I hope, there is an intervention from President Trump.
