The head of Israeli military intelligence resigned on Monday over the failures surrounding Hamas' unprecedented October 7 attack the military said, becoming the first senior figure to step down over his role in the deadliest assault in Israel's history.
News said that there would be massive resignations of top officials in their country because of the failure to protect the lives of the people which totaled to 1,200 killed who were mostly civilians while taking roughly 250 hostages into Gaza. The war in Gaza is now in its seventh month.

But the timing of the resignations has been unclear because Israel is still fighting Hamas in Gaza and battling the Lebanese militant group Hezbollah in the north. Tensions with Iran are also at a high following attacks between the two enemies. Some military experts have said resignations at a time when Israel is engaged on multiple fronts is irresponsible and could be interpreted as a sign of weakness

His resignation is okay. If he has done his job well, this war will not reach this level. He would have arrested the situation at the onset. He who much is given, much is expected. Let him go home and stop cracking his head. Let others try.

That's the best decision the official ever made to have peace. He's partly to blame for not preparing the best tactic to avoid fatalities during the attack.

There were also officials in my county who resigned because they were told to resign by the government for not having solved the problem; of terrorism in some parts of Southern Mindanao.

Well, this is more like if you can't do the job then you have to step aside. You can't getting paid for nothing
That's right, if the workers no longer like their job they're free to resign. There's negative results in case continue working work undesirable for them.
