Israeli strike that killed 45 at camp for displaced Palestinians in Rafah a ‘tragic error,’ Netanyahu says

According to the Gaza Health Ministry and Palestinian emergency personnel, a fire broke out inside the camp following the hit, killing at least 45 people and injuring more than 200 others. The majority of those killed were women and children. According to the government, no hospital in Rafah had been equipped to handle the large number of casualties. "Several civilians are still trapped inside the camp, which was attacked without warning," a Palestinian man filming the fire stated. "This was declared a safe zone."

It's unfortunate that ordinary people are suffering the price for what Hamas did. It is partly their fault because they never demonstrated any resistance to Hamas.

Hamas is using children and mothers as shield. Once they commit a heinous crime, they will hide where it will difficult for Isreal army to attack them squarely. Isreal want to let Hamas realized that such option is no longer going to work.
