Italy and Tunisia Launch New "Circular Migration" Pilot Program for 5,000 Skilled Workers. The two governments signed an implementing agreement for a landmark program. It will allow 5,000 Tunisians with skills in ICT, healthcare, and renewable energy to work in Italy on three-year contracts, with binding clauses requiring their return and reintegration into the Tunisian economy to foster knowledge transfer.

This is a welcome development! Such bilateral agreements should be encouraged among countries! But unfortunately, most bilateral agreement is about buying and selling of weapons!
