Another big earthquake hit Japan, and the damage shown in pictures is just awful. To me, the most amazing thing is how strong the Japanese people are, even though they deal with disasters all the time. I think it's really something that they're so ready and organized, which helps them get things under control fast. What I notice is that if other countries had the same thing happen, they might fall apart, but Japan has made dealing with disasters part of who they are. I believe the whole world should really look at how they do things, since earthquakes and tsunamis can happen anywhere. As I see it, the big takeaway is that getting ready can save lives, and countries should really team up to share the best ways to handle these situations. I feel like this sad event proves again that nature can't be stopped, but being tough and prepared can decide whether people live or die.
