A lot of people are doing jobs simply because they don't have better alternatives. Job can be a kind of prison if you are highly creative and energetic. Job can be depressing, humiliating and unsatisfying. Entrepreneurship is engaging and highly competitive. Entrepreneurship need high level of engagement and proactive. Some people love job because it is routine type of work. You keep repeating a process but entrepreneurship demands that you use your brain.

In general, someone who has just graduated from college will look for work, because to start an entrepreneur he will need a lot of capital. But there are also many people who work, after having money they can also build a business and become entrepreneurs.

I love my job. And despite having a full-time job, I still manage to invest and do business. Having a job does not mean no chance to invest and do business. we only need to manage our time well.
I think you have a balanced financial life with both passive, active and residual income. But how do you manage all those without getting burnt out?

Nowadays the entrepreneurship is very uncertainty. The business is ravaged by poor economic instabilities and unfair competition with higher rates of inflation.
You are right there's so much going on now with running a business. You just have to be careful or you lose big money
