Job vs entrepreneurship merits and demerits

A lot of people are doing jobs simply because they don't have the courage and will to face the uncertainties of life. Fear of failure and inability to raise fund is the major reason a lot workers choose to work for government and other entrepreneurs. Job can be a kind of prison if you are highly creative and energetic. On the other hand, entrepreneurship is engaging, demanding and always revolving. You need to be well informed to survive. As an entrepreneur, you define your future and makes plans for the future. Entrepreneurship is for the bold.

For me the jobs have more merits than the disadvantages. With the job one enjoys guaranteed salaries, paid off and leave days. While with the entrepreneurship one hustles on the selling of the goods or services without being guaranteed on how much you can make on the business day.

With the job, your life is regulated and controlled by your employer which might not be favourable to you. As an entrepreneur, you get to be in charge of your life. Even though you are right, it is different strokes for different folks.

When you have a job, you have a regular source of income whereas there are uncertainties when you have your own business. Every time you have to think about the orders and have to depend on the market for your business to run.

Also it depends on the government if they give aid to small scale industries, then there are always a chance that an entrepreneur gets motivated and the business flourishes.

If you have a well paying job and there's job security then you can go ahead than going for a Business

That's true, when you have job security and you are paid as per your expectations then it's better to continue with the job and can have a small side business

My point here I think everyone would be good in business so it is fund a good paying and security job to make money

The jobs are really better because they can give one regular salaries or wages and guarantees permanently jobs unlike entrepreneurship that would cost you capital and the most bad part with business is that it can't give one regular profits as business may incur losses at times due to most inherent risks that comes with business operations.

I would go for the jobs. That is because in the job one is guaranteed of salaries every month and comes with more benefits than most businesse.

it is good to find a way to raise money so that you can make money just the way you want than waiting for government employment
