John C. Coughenour , U.S. District Judge, issued a ruling on Thursday, January 23, temporarily blocking President Trump's executive order aimed to end birthright citizenship for children born to migrants in the U.S. temporarily or without legal status.

Coughenour issued the temporary restraining order after a hearing in Seattle
The judge signed the temporary restraining order in response to a lawsuit brought by Oregon, Arizona, Illinois, and Washington state, one of several suits opposing the administration's effort to curb the right of citizenship for anyone born on U.S. soil.

I think it is also unfair for the babies who were born there in the USA. In my opinion, since they were born there they are automatically an American citizen. My niece was born in the UK and she's automatically a UK citizen. I think President Trump is overdoing it.

Yes he is overdoing it ar this point. He needs to take things easy and calm down a bit

I also sympathise the feelings of the parents especially if they are qualified to work there. I hope this problem could be solved amicably.

I just believe that trump should just forget about this one. I don't think it would fly to avoid state of anarchy
