That was very historic as it has never happened for a top government leader, deputy president to be taken out of office due to gross of misconduct.
Therefore professor Abraham Kithuri Kindiki is the new deputy president of the republic of Kenya after the former deputy president, Rigathi Gachagua being impeached by the national assembly and Senate.
