Kidnapped Kwara monarch regains freedom after N12m ransom Family.
The Oniwo of Afin, Oba Simeon Olanipekun, who was abducted by gunmen in Ifelodun Local Government Area of Kwara State, has regained his freedom after his family reportedly paid an additional N12m ransom to secure his release
The monarch was freed on Wednesday night after spending about one month in captivity, two weeks after his son, Olaolu, who was kidnapped alongside him, was released following the payment of an initial N20m ransom.

It is well, thank God they where able to raise the money, but at the end of the day it's not fair these kidnappers end up going scort free.

Nigeria is a fun country! Imagine where a monarch is kidnapped and ransom was paid! A monarch that suppose to have top notched security was kidnapped and government did not do anything! What a country!
