Lack of professionalism in the internet sector

In the tech, internet sector, well paid government employees are allowed to cheat, exploit, rob online investors and falsely claim that their lazy greedy girlfriends, sugar babies, crushes without any online income are online experts, to get all their girlfriends government jobs in the internet sector. Why is the internet sector so lacking in professionalism, refusing to question the government employees making fake claims about their lazy greedy girlfriends?
