Some large companies feel that they can get away with harassing their customers, especially if the customer is complaining about the service received or problems the insurance company has created. Other than giving incorrect replies, what other methods do large companies use to harass customers?

They delay or ignore the responses of customers emails giving false information or taking advantage.
