In the tech , internet sector ,large companies are often trying to force small business owners to become employees and may hire people to cause losses to the business so that the business owner starts looking for a job . The large company benefits since they are getting a hardworking and experienced employee at a low salary. Have you noticed this trend?

This is why most people see the business sector as a war zone or a shark eat shark zone. These big companies are always looking for ways to put down any kind of competition that would come up.

It maybe be happening in India but I didn't see it happening. However it's wrong to do such a thing and small business owners shouldn't sacrifice their independence.

Although this trend is very low in my city yet but it is happening and small businessman are suffering. They just get one option for survival as to become employee in large companies.

It is part of the competitive nature if businesses. Every large business wants to expand and become the biggest. So it sees the small business owner with initiative as a threat to that goal. That's why they always want those budding entrepreneurs to end up working for them.

I think that is common thing, not only on the tech working world but also on all world those large business groups want to but the small business owners business and they hire the owners there.

Well, this is called competition but I like healthy ones that you can compete favorably with them. You just continue with your business and leave the others to keep trying
