I think this is normal to some extent, no one wants to invest in something they are not sure about would give them profit.
It is not fair to the small online business owner who alone is paying all the expenses, spending time doing all the work, only to find that all the profitable ideas are robbed by the larger tech, internet companies, without paying any expenses.
