The recent economic forum in Panama brought together leaders from across Latin America and the Caribbean. Personally, I think it’s encouraging to see regional cooperation gaining momentum. What surprises me is the diversity of issues discussed from climate resilience to digital transformation. For me, the most important step is turning speeches into action; too often these forums end with promises but little follow-through. I believe Latin America has enormous potential if countries collaborate instead of competing. In the end, forums like this are not just about economics they’re about identity, showing the world that Latin America can be a unified voice in global debates
