Learning Entrepreneurship by practice and and learning in school: Which is more effective?

There are some people that learn business and entrepreneurship in a organized school. Some others get to learn same by actually practicing business either by serving a business person or so

Which would make a better entrepreneur between the two?

In my opinion, learning entrepreneurship through practice is better because you're directly involved in real-world businesses, which can build a resilient, entrepreneurial personality that doesn't give up easily. However, theory and education are also necessary to support business sustainability.

Both are extremely important, but i feel learning by practice gives you an added advantage compared to learning in school.

In my country, people value apprenticeship to learn business than having to go to school to learn business.

By practice is more effective. You can learn the theory at school but the practical is learned outside school setting
