Legal action to prevent wifi hacking

Some wifi networks in the neighborhood are being used to hack my wifi, steal data and block the internet connection intermittently. What is the best way,legal option to end the wifi hacking which is wasting my time and causing financial losses?

You must report it to police and cyber expert to track others and assest damage they did you. Then you go at court, sue them and ask refund of money.
