I strongly agree that limits and boundaries only exist in your head, our heads. If you believe you are good at that and this, don't limit yourself proving it. You know better than others. Don't be afraid to try. As much as possible do things that improve your day to day living. Why limit when you sense on the good effects and boundaries aren't forbidden?
