Do you give more emphasis on building liquid assets or do you like to have cash reserve? Between liquid assets and cash reserve, which one do you think is better for offering financial security?
Liquid assets is far better than cash reserves. With liquid assets, you would get to increase your financial net worth. Cash reserves doesn't necessarily do that.
Actually, cash is the most liquid asset. I would prefer cash reserve as some liquid assets such as stocks may fluctuate in price. When you need money urgently, if the price of stock is low, you have the dilemma of whether you should sell the stocks or not.
