According to the report, the Indian Army test-fired Akash Prime, an upgraded variant of the Akash Weapon System, which was used extensively against Pakistan during Operation Sindoor. Co-produced by DRDO and Bharat Dynamics, Akash Prime has been built to chase down flying targets more reliably. Later, the Indian Army tested two short-range missiles - Prithvi with a range of 350 kilometers and Agni 1 with a range of 700-900 kilometers. India has depicted its defence preparedness and resilience by testing these two nuclear capable-missiles.

Further, India is deepening its defence ties with France to produce jet engines and develop the AMCA project. India and Russia are also in talks to jointly develop Kalashnikov rifles.

Good work, India.
