The report said that the US has significantly ramped up naval and airborne forces in the Caribbean, placing warships, submarines, and thousands of troops near the coast of Venezuela.

In response, Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro is seeking military assistance from Russia, China, and Iran, including missiles, radars, and aircraft upgrades to deter what he considers a looming threat from the US.

Maduro never learned a lesson. He should not provoke Trump. US President Trump only likes to eliminate the drug cartels lurking in Venezuela.

I believe the situation in the Caribbean and the US military actions are creating tensions that could escalate if not handled carefully. Venezuela, under Maduro, has adopted a defensive posture by seeking support from Russia, China, and Iran, which clearly reflects a feeling that its sovereignty is at risk. However, the comment that Maduro hasn't learned his lesson and shouldn't provoke Trump oversimplifies a complex problem. International politics in that region has always been delicate, and unilateral actions can have serious consequences for the entire area. The supposed fight against drug traffickers is an important issue, but it doesn't justify a military escalation or an intervention that could further destabilize Venezuela and its neighbors. I believe the key is to seek a diplomatic solution and prevent tensions from escalating into open conflict.
