There’s real potential in offering services that solve local or regional problems, but selling them online to a wider audience. For example, say you understand the job market in Botswana very well. You could offer CV writing or local job prep guides targeted to your region, but sell them to students, recent grads, or job seekers online, through social platforms, forums, or your own page. Even something like translation, educational guides, or tax preparation tools can be packaged and sold online, just framed around a specific need. When people talk about “niche,” they often think of topics. But geography can be just as powerful. Especially when most of the competition is aiming wide.
