Long Tail Search Term vs. Keywords

Keyword or keywords are one or two words that are used to search online. Long tail search term is basically a question that people search online. For instance "health tips" is a keywords where as "health tips for preventing heart attack" is a long tail search term. In your keyword implementations, what do you use more, keywords or long tail search terms?

I don't use one more than the other. I make use of both of them depending on what i want to search for.
