Maduro, wife brought to New York after being captured

The report said that on Saturday, President Trump announced he is putting Venezuela under temporary American control after the United States captured Nicolas Maduro and his wife, and took him to New York to face drug-trafficking charges.

Trump said, " We will run Venezuela until we can do a safe, proper, and judicious transition. "Trump said that he will allow only someone to lead Venezuela if the candidate is qualified to serve the country well and does not have interests in manufacturing drugs.

What a day for the people of Venezuela, as long as the transfer of power goes smoothly and new elections are set, a historic day for all. Maduro didn't win in the election and must not be called President Maduro; he stole that position.

I do not have updates about how Madro and his wife will be charged. I think it will be patterned from the American law since drug cartels who were captured were from Venezuela and Maduro was well aware of it.
