When I tried to trace the location of the person who is making blank calls repeatedly, I found that other people are also looking up the phone number, indicating that the caller in Bihar/Jharkhand is also making phone calls to others, it may be a business for him. What is the motivation for making phone calls to a stranger, is the caller being paid and is it a type of business?

With the support of the internet companies, at least 20 people are getting monthly government salaries for robbing my data and faking online income, domain ownership, and they are trying to harass me, hiring a person to harass me.

I personally feel that the Crank caller is being paid well to make the calls, why would the caller waste time calling a person he has never interacted with more than 1000 km away.
