This topic is solely related to products business. What can a company do because if it makes the products to be very durable to last for years, how would the customer come back quickly to buy another one?

Should production companies make products to be a little bit fragile so that a customer can come back?

That's a very interesting and quite ethical question, too. From a business perspective, many manufacturers engage in what's called "planned obsolescence," that is, designing products to last a limited time to ensure future sales. However, this can damage the brand's reputation in the long run.
If a company makes truly durable, high-quality products, customers may not return immediately, but they will build a relationship of trust and recommend the brand to others. Furthermore, it can diversify its offering: selling accessories, maintenance services, upgraded versions, or complementary products.
Making products deliberately fragile can generate quick revenue, but also a loss of credibility. In the long run, successful brands are those that focus on customer value and satisfaction, not just the next sale. Durability doesn't mean losing money; it means gaining loyalty.
