I was stunned with the results of the research that a mall earns billions a month from space rentals especially the SM Mall. The rent varies according to the items sold. For a department section, the rent per month is $ 800 rentor, for the wet market the rent per month merged is $3000. There are so many space rentors. There are also 4 to 5 storey or floors of the mall. The owner of the SM Mall has 36 malls throughout the country.

That is true. I also see post in a vacant space in the mall for rent and the previous occupant also punish there where they transfer. Those who moved out transfered to a cheaper rent.
