A 30-year-old man has d!ed after entering a well to retrieve a burning gas cylinder in Gwarzo Local Government Area of Kano State
The Kano State Fire Service confirmed the incident in a statement issued on Monday by its Public Relations Officer, Saminu Abdullahi.

According to the statement, the Emergency Response Unit received a distress call on Sunday reporting a rescue incident at Saulawa Quarters in Gwarzo town.

Am really confused as to what the gas well doing in the well in the first place. I heard water won't stop it, rather it's to cut the airflow.

The victim should not have acted impulsively. The well might be deep. And why is it that his gas cylinder was in the well? Did he clean it?

What was a gas doing in a well. The man should probably have left that gas in the well than dying with it.

My question is that why would he try to remove gas from a well, what was he expecting.
