That is the whole truth with a high degree of irony. Now a man has been arrested on charges of practicing law without a license. But what is even more shocking is that he went to court as a qualified lawyer to defend another... accused of the same charges!

This happened in Kisii, Kenya. The date is 31 October 2025.

This is like someone being arrested for stealing chickens after they had already entered a shop to buy eggs. Or like an unregistered doctor trying to treat a patient in a hospital... only to find that the patient is a fellow unlicensed doctor too!

The suspect was not only collecting honey but had also entered a hornet's nest at the same time.

If we think about it in detail, this clearly shows that:
- Many people are posing as lawyers with the intention of stealing their clients' money
- Lawyers do not ask for the real lawyers' certificates before giving them their cases
- The government needs to conduct stricter inspections in the legal sector

This incident has exposed the evil that exists in our society. People are posing as lawyers when in fact they are legal witch doctors. One cannot defend you in a defamation case with sorghum water. This is a lesson for everyone: do not trust anyone who claims to be a lawyer without seeing their real certificate.

Finally, the last thing to remember is this: The one who has an axe does not fail to cut. This is a warning to all those who practice law without a license - one day the axe will cut.

The story reveals an ironic and troubling situation in Kisii, Kenya, on October 31, 2025. A man was arrested for practicing law without a license, and what's most shocking is that he went to court as a qualified lawyer to defend another defendant accused of the same crime. It's like someone going into a store to buy eggs and then being arrested for stealing chickens, or an unregistered doctor trying to treat a patient who turns out to be another unlicensed doctor.

This incident shows that many people pose as lawyers with the intention of deceiving and stealing money from their clients, and that the authorities must conduct stricter inspections in the legal sector to prevent such fraud. Furthermore, it demonstrates that there are those in society who exploit the trust of others, acting as "legal charlatans."
