Many people always spend to validate themselves before people. That's impulse spending.

Some people just spend money simply because they want to look good in front of people. Do you know what? You don't owe anyone any validation.

Just try and make sure you that your financial expenses is not meant to impress anyone.

I completely agree with that idea. Often, people spend money on things just to project an image or gain approval from others, but that shouldn't be the primary motivation. At the end of the day, our satisfaction and confidence should come from within, not from the opinions of others. It's important to remember that no one owes us validation through our money or our lifestyle. That only creates unnecessary pressure and can lead to financial problems if done compulsively. The real priority should be managing our finances, spending on what we truly need, or on experiences that bring us personal value. It's not worth going into debt or spending on superficial things just to impress others, because that validation is fleeting and doesn't build solid self-esteem. What's important is being authentic with ourselves and maintaining a healthy relationship with our finances.
