According to the report, US President Donald Trump has restored his "Maximum Pressure" policy towards Iran. He also issued a threat in case Iran tried to assassinate him.
The report said that Trump said he has instructed the US to "Obliterate" Iran if they manage to kill him. America's "Maximum Pressure" policy will pile on more sanctions and economic misery for the people of Iran.
The report added that the US wants to stop Tehran from acquiring nuclear weapons. Iran seems to have offered an olive branch, saying that no nukes is "achievable".
That is a very good move by Trump to awaken Iran that the US President is not weak. People forget when a superpower is led by a real leader, the world either respects or fears, but they will know when not to suck around. The USA is not one to be scared of at all, Iran and the world know better. Jhamenei must remember this.
