There are some sellers both online and in store who are always eager to cheat the buyers financially. They just sell the products and don't take the responsibility of its maintenance or refund of damaged products. Such sellers don't last in the market for long. So be careful with sellers.

That is very true and very sad for the sellers who never observed their mean attitudes. They will be disliked by the people and they will never prosper in their business.
In India some branded companies are behaving very badly. They sell but their services for products are very bad.

Why are they doing that way? How could they retain their customers when they are treating them badly? Many will boycott that bad online seller.

That's the reason they are losing market in India.

Some sellers are only interested in making a sale and do not prioritize providing after-sales service. They show little to no concern for addressing customers' issues or questions about their purchased products. This can damage their reputation.

That is good for them, No one likes to by a rude and bad service online sellers. The people's money are not stones.

A seller who is just focused on making money alone and does not care about if the products is good or not would not be able to get a good customer relationship in the future.

Online or offline sellers must understand that they rely solely on the customers sympathy and that will work out only if the sellers are accommodating and serving the customers satisfactorily. If they are mean, the customers will stay away.
