Medium Vs. Vocal

Medium and Vocal both are popular platforms to publish your articles and blog posts. Both platforms pay for views on your articles. I have not tried Vocal but I use Medium. However, I am not on earning program as it is not available in my location. Have you tried these platforms, how do you compare these platforms in terms of earning potential?

I have never really tried any one before so I can't really say which one is better. I have not heard about vocal before though.
