Memo tag for Toncoin Binance address

Binance toncoin address has a memo and I could not add the address to my Faucetpay account. Do all Binance account holders from a particular region have the same address with different memo or is there any other reason why the address could not be added?

I want to register for an ad network , they are asking for the toncoin address, and when I give my binance address, they give an error message that the address is already registered.
