There is no disease only the extreme heat that could cause mild stroke or heat stroke. There was a baby here age 8 months who died because of heatstroke.

There is a toddler in Manila who died due to heatstroke, The baby was left unattended and no fan was comforting the heat inside the bedroom. the parents were charged by the family.

50 Celsius is real hot and can cause blisters and meningitis. We have to be ecologically conscious and friendly. We should plant more trees and try to stop harming the environment.
