Money comes to me because of the World News portal on DBucks

I was lucky the other day, I won $ 500 during the world news competition in the city where I live. It was sponsored by The Rotary Club North. I was once the President of the ROTARACTOR under the Mother Rotary Club during my university days and some lawyers still knew me and invited me to join in the competition held at the university gym where I teach University Physics and Calculus. There were 10 of us from different universities of different fields, I was afraid, but I was representing our university so no retreat, no surrender. We were given two days to study the world news past and present.

There were many spectators and my boss Dean of our department was so thrilled. I was not so sure of what I was doing, lol. I was only relying on the numerous posts that I posted here on Discussion Bucks under World News. I always watch videos on the world news. There were 15 questions and I made only one mistake. My contenders were not able to answer even one correct question. I was able to answer right after the question was raised by identifying an image. What shocked me was the image of Sinwar and of course, I am so familiar with this terrorist. it was first come, first serve, and I was fast and furious, lol. The next image was PM Netanyahu. I was able to answer the 5 images. I was wondering why those professors were not able to answer

The next rounds of questions were about politics , war, and important personalities killed during the war kike Nasrallah, Khamenei was mentioned, and Ukraine. I am wondering why they do not know about the war. My boss was so proud of me. I will give a blowout tomorrow. I thank this lovely forum site for the opportunity to explore more. Money comes to me .

Thank you, El, I was also mesmerised of what I've done without refusing the invitation. What if I haven't answered what a shame and big slap on my face. I was so thankful for that fortunate day. Thankful because I did not feel nervous lol.

I think more people should join World News section. It is not good for forum future have section flood with new topics but without response. Responses show how forum is active. If there is no response advertisers will think forum is not active.

I was just lucky that I had advanced reading. My contenders were also professionals yet, they failed to master the important names in the world news. I am thankful to DBuckcs for having this World News portal.
