Monitoring of home computers

In some countries home computers especially desktops are closely monitored. If the user will use the computer during the day they will often get a phone call. Are home computers closely monitored in your country?

Here, home computers are not closely monitored by the government or other authorities. However, some employers may monitor their employees computer usage if they are working remotely.

We do not have issues like this here in my country. There is no one closely monitoring our personal computers.
